Hey there, I build tools for how people think and learn. I like the learning philosophies of Seymour Papert, the teaching style of Josh Hug, the clarity of Andy Matuschak, and the drama and visions of Bret Victor. My approach to building draws from making things that I would use, following what is interesting or strange, and startup thinking. I try to do work that uses a high percentage of myself and is in the direction of principled building. In the past, I've been a TA at UC Berkeley and a software engineer at an edtech startup. Now, I'm building a notes app called Prism.
